This is at Sandy Spring Adventure Park in Rockville, MD. They claim to be the largest ropes course on the East Coast and at over 190 different elements, I believe them. Eliot climbed 3 of the 4 green elements and one of the yellow ones. He almost gave up on a really tough spot, but after 3 harrowing minutes, he pushed through his frustration and crossed it.
