Dulles Airplane Pull

A spy kid has to be familiar with an F-18 Hornet.

Eliot describing the inner workings of the pilot's seat to me.

Eliot -"Why is this cone here dad?" Me- "Probably to let people know to be careful around the plane, so no one walks into it." Eliot -"No one would do that!" (About 3 minutes after he walked into the wing of a different plane.)

C-5 Galaxy. Can load and carry 10 jeeps or 2 M-1 Abrams tanks.

Waited 15 minutes in line inside this plane (no wait to get into the body of the plane) to go up the stairs and see the cockpit, before Eliot finally listened/realized the line was barely moving and not worth the wait.

A-10 Warthog (aka tankbuster). Known for their ability to take extreme punishment and still stay in the air I asked the pilot what was the most amount of damage he'd seen one return to base with and he shared in Kosovo, he saw one that had almost an entire wing missing from a surface to air missile hit.
