Skating with The Capitals -Especially the Red Rockets

Thanks to a friend with connections, we got to ice skate with a few of the Capitals, but more importantly to Eliot, with a couple of the Red Rockets!

Hmm, if I pretend I can't skate like that kid, I can get them to skate with me I bet...

Okay, this is working...

Happy kid.

Since Eliot wouldn't go near the mascot, I took a picture with him instead.

Hat signing, though Eliot has no idea who this guy is.

Afterwards he says, "Dad, I'm on TV!!"

Made a new friend, and helped him skate.

Flirting with the girls.

And testing their "give me five down low" skills.
